We thought that our Masterbuilt was toast until we found this heating element. It was easy and fast to install. We’ve been using it regularly for almost a year and it’s still going strong.

This product was the perfect replacement for my prior power cord/thermostat for my Electric Masterbuilt Grill. It fits perfectly and actually works. One con (unless it's a safety feature) is that it will automatically shut itself off if the temperature gets too high (700+ degress). But, if that happens, you can just let it cool off for a minute and it will work fine.

Heating Element was an exact replacement for my Masterbuilt Vertical Smoker. All the necessary parts were included in the part replacement.

This worked perfectly for us. I don't like that it doesn't have actual temperature settings on the dial but the smoker itself does so it's fine. We've had zero problems with it and was very self explanatory to use- just plug it in! Seems durable enough and priced great!

I installed this in an older Little Chief smoker where the heating element was no longer available. A little work with a drill and they were fairly easy to install. The element is adjustable, so the right amount of smoke is generated. Works well.

Disappointed that the nuts sent do not fit screws on bracket to mount. Very disappointing that quality control can’t mar sure that this kind of thing doesn’t happen. Element seems to work. Will advise if any further issues.

Worked fine

Saved me from buying a new smoker. Installation was easy. Works fine but had the smoker on high for 4 hours and highest temperature reached was 225 degrees.
