Will this fit 2016 F350 king ranch 4x4

Fit my 2015 F250 perfectly. Believe the F350 is the same. Cured the death wobble and smoothed out the steering.

Will this fit a 2018 f250 4x4 diesel?

No, this is not the correct shock, it is too long and will not allow full right hand turns

could i use this as a replacment shock for my rough country dual steering stabalizer?

If your steering is too stiff the Bilstein is far superior to the cheap single factory stabilizer. If, however you have very large tires and/or a lift kit, I would probably stay with the dual system. I would in all cases replace any shock(s) with Bilstein! They have a long history of quality and performance.
