JOREST Watch Link Removal/Repair Kit Tool to Adjust and Replace Strap, pin Removal Tool, 20PCS Watch Spring Bars, 13PCS Spare Needle

For a number of years now when a link needs taken out a watch I have just went to a jewellers for that and not thought about getting one of these kits as I didn't think I could do it my self. This is a repair/link removal kit. It is highly unlikely I will use it for repairs but I will have used it for the link removal. This can also be used to remove and replace straps this literally does everything you need it to do it has multi uses for a great price. Everything is included all the tools,different size pin pieces you need to remove links. It doesn't come with any instructions but even for me it was pretty simple to use. Everything that comes with it is great quality made very well and durable. Like I say it has made removing links so easy it is really handy to have and no more paying the jewellers to do it for me. I look forward to using this many more times when I get more watches.

Really pleased with this kit .x. I was spending quite a lot of money having to get watches adjusted for my small wrists .x. I purchased this kit to help save money and it’s done just that .x. It’s easy to use and has all the things needed plus spare springs .x. Good value for money coz you’ll save by not having to go to the jewellers for adjustments .x.

A good product done the job well, removed a link with ease, I would recommend this one. The product is cheap quality though, all of the link removal tools on amazon seem to be the same cheap product. Only thing I'm not big fan of is the metal surface where you rest the watch, I lay a soft jewellery cloth over it, it also raises it up a bit more to be in line with the pin.

Fantastic product. Had an issue with the one that came with my watch strap, so I ordered this and it worked right away, very simple and easy to use .

It arrived in the post and less than 5 minutes later I had removed 4 links from an Invicta watch I picked up at an antique fair. I didn't need to change anything from the set up it came with. It's a metal pin remover and therefore sturdy. I was put off with other types being plastic as they seem to brake so took a chance and spent another £1.00 lol to get this one. It also comes with spare strap pins of different sizes and tools to remove and replace. I just needed to do some links and if the other parts work as well then I'm more than happy. I can see this being around for years in a draw until it's needed again but that's not such a bad thing. Saved me a trip to a jewellers and I can't imagine them doing it for £7.99 plus free delivery overnight from Amazon.

Quick delivery and on time ,however the pin removal clamp i found to be a little flimsy and couldn't remove the link pins. Having said that they wouldn't budge when using the hammer and pins removal tool either, so the pins may well be extremely tight.

I have repaired bikes all of my life, and one of my favourite activities was using a link removal tool. When I lost weight, my watch started to slide up and down my wrist, rather than sit comfortably in place. I needed to remove a link or two on more than one watch band, and set about looking for a link removal tool. YouTube provided useful videos. The tool under review worked on the same principle as the bike tool. Find the link(s) that you want to remove, carefully line up the "push pin" on the tool with the pin that holds the link in place, and turn the screw gently. This pushes the pin out, and the watch band is ready to be shortened. A couple of notes of caution: - make sure you push in the direction of the arrow stencilled on the watch band. When you have removed the desired number of links, re-insert the pin by pushing it back in to the hole, and tapping gently back in place with the plastic-faced hammer. - the tool is strong enough to do the job, if used with care. You are dealing with small components, that are easily damaged, so careful alignment of tool and pin are necessary, before you start pushing. If you damage a push pin, there are spares in the tool kit. The pack comes with an assortment of pins, that you will probably never use in your lifetime. At the price, however, I don't think it matters. In sum, a nice, inexpensive way of making a loose band fit. Ideal for DIYers, looking for a new challenge.

Kit molto utile e facile da usare. Con questo strumento sono riuscito a togliere le maglie del cinturino dell’orologio in pochi minuti senza difficoltà. Gli attrezzi sono pratici e abbastanza robusti, perfetti per regolare il cinturino a casa senza dover andare dall’orologiaio. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, lo consiglio.

Bon, je ne comprends pas trop les commentaires négatifs sur ce petit ensemble d'enlèvement et remplacement de maillons pour les bracelets de montre en acier. Je ne suis pas "spécialiste", mais il m'arrive de changer ce genre de choses. Il est évident que si l'on s'y prend comme un bourrin, cela risque de ne pas trop bien fonctionner. Cet ensemble est juste ad hoc ! Bien entendu, et comme pour tout, il faut de la patience et de l'attention, ce qui est normal lors de ces petites opérations délicates. Le kit est de belle facture (même si ce n'est pas une grande marque comme Bergeon), mais il est totalement adéquat. Dès lors que l'on y mette un peu du sien et d'attention, le remplacement de maillons est simple. Le support en plastique est bien adapté, le poussoir qui permet de retirer les aiguilles fonctionne fort bien et sans problème (une fois de plus, il faut faire attention à ce que l'on fait !). Je viens de remettre à dimensions 3 barcelets en acier (Seiko, Casio et Longines. Pour vous dire la diversité) et tout s'est passé sans problème. Pas d'efforts excessifs, pas de pliage ou casse de l'embout, pas de "chipotage", pas d'énervement. Pour faire court, c'est un outil bien pensé avec quelques trucs en plus comme le petit marteau, des aiguilles de remplacement pour l'attache bracelet sur les cornes, 2 petits outils bien utiles et des embouts de remplacement avec des dimensions différentes pour la longueur. Que demander de plus ? On pourrait -à la limite- reprocher que le manche du petit marteau ne soit pas "travaillé" pour une prise en main plus simple, plus accrocheuse. Il est d'un diamètre fort petit (4,8mm), glisse et tourne facilement. Perso, je l'ai muni d'un tube thermorétractable et le tour est joué. Donc, si vous n'êtes pas un pro tout comme moi, cet ensemble est parfait. Je recommande sans hésitation.

This saved me a lot of money by cutting out the middle man for watch resizing. It’s easy to use and worth the price. The quality of the materials are good as well. I normally don’t leave reviews but this product made an exception.
