What was the sizing you used for sublimation? Part of my image cut ofg

I haven't used one to cover the whole thing yet..but I use a Cricut and get my measurements by measuring the pad and putting that in and then filling my template to size it. So its about 9 1/4 by about 7 3/4.

could I heat transfer using injet ink transfer paper?

designed for sublimation ink transfer. Might work with heat transfer paper but the image would be on the surface not in the fabric as with sublimation

How come everytime I use my Cricut Heat Press woth these mousepads, there is always a whiteish spot in the middle?

I am thinking that you need all the pressure you can get in the middle of the heat press. I no longer have the cricut heat press for this very reason - not even pressure.
