Will these be the best option for the Monster 108 headphones?

If you are referring to the Monster Clarity 108s, I would say no pick something else. As I said when I used these tips on 4 different earbuds none of them stayed in. All kept sliding out, yes my ears were clean. As soon as I put on the foam tips they all sealed right up and every one of my earbuds made me happy. My Sony's (WF-1000XM3)even more for the record.
