These are great add-ons for Ramen. its a bit pricey for the amount given. Definitely worth the money on taste and texture though :)

I cannot stress how amazing these taste. I could just site there and eat the whole jar!

This menma is excellent. It is a bit softer that the menma I have in a ramen restaurant. It is a great topping for the Ichiran tonkotsu ramen that one can find here on Amazon. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey but I have not been able to find it in an Asian grocery store yet.

Love the momoya’s memma, but I later found the exactly same one at a Japanese market for much less $$.

Great addition to ramen. Very tasty. Product size is relatively small (4oz isn't a lot-so it's a touch on the expensive side)

Very good for topping for Ramen noodle.

I love to eat with rice or with my ramen noodles. A bit salty but must for preserving the seasoned bamboo shoot slices which are so tender. Shipped all the way from Japan so I was surprised and it took a long time to arrive. Delicious though! Hey if this is too salty for you, take a small portion you plan to use and rinse gently and enjoy.

Ich liebe diesen Bambus, von dem ich mir auf Vorrat mehrere Gläser Ende August bestellt habe. Dass diese nur bis Mitte Oktober haltbar waren, ist sehr sehr ärgerlich. Es ist zwar ein MHD, aber der Bambus ist heute leider nicht mehr genießbar.
