I have cat 5 Poe cables in the house placed pre construction, can I use those existing cables to run your system

If the cat 5 is connected for use as a network cable for local area network back to a router, you will need to change it to match their wiring footprint. It does not use all 8 wires.  You can look at their cables included to determine the change needed.

Question 3

I want to turn off ir lights on a camera. It doesn't seem possible.? Any ideas? Anyone?

Please kindly note the IR lights can't be turned off. The cameras will switch from the day mode to night mode once the surrounding gets dark enough.

Can you login to the app using the password created for a user on the nvr? What is the point of the users section if you can’t?

The user name for the app is your registered email address. The user name for the DVR is admin.
