BEST BCAA

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've been using Best BCAAs for a while. The taste isn't too sweet, is stimulant free, and works great as a intra-workout drink while I'm lifting. Taste: The watermelon flavor is noticeable, but not overpowering or syrupy sweet. it blends easily in my blender bottle and doesn't leave clumps, residue, or a film afterwards.

This is my first purchase of BCAA from any manufacturer, and I dont get paid for reviews so this is a average guy giving his opinion. first off I will say that I was more than excited to have my order arrive as I am hoping to get some big gains. Yesterday 6/5 was my first time working out with BCAA's and I could honestly tell a difference in my energy levels and muscle endurance through a pretty tough leg workout. When I felt my energy or endurance slipping I would drink a little and within a couple minutes I would be back to where I was when I started. Muscle fatigue is inevitable but I was able to keep pushing through reaching my rep goals with the weight I was working with. Overall the product mixes well and quickly with water and the watermelon flavor is delicious (which is funny for me to say considering im not a watermelon fruit lover). All in all a great product and I am happy I gave BPI a shot. For the price and results I had I am really happy with my purchase. Also after the workout I did a pretty intensive ruck and I expected my legs to basically not function today lol, and I am happy to say that I have a fraction of the muscle soreness that I was expecting. This is nothing against BPI at all but being who I am and looking for what is going to help my body the most I will be shopping around trying other BCAA blends from other companies but if I am not able to find one that performs as well as BPI, I will surely return to using these as my go to.

BCAA'S are awesome for any athlete of any kind! I have tried many other brands, but this one out does them all. feel i get the most pump in my workouts using this and gives me great energy that i need to get through my intense hour and a half workout. You can not get results without replenishing your bodies needs. This is where this comes in big time! It makes you have an awesome recovery time! I take a scoop right when i get up to get me going on a good start and then put another scoop to a gallon of water when working out! this is a great technique to get gains! The flavor is also awesome, even when adding one scoop to a gallon of water the taste is still delicious. A little bit about BCAA- branched-chain amino acids (particularly leucine) stimulate protein synthesis, and might do so to a greater extent than a normal protein on its own. BCAAs also increase synthesis of the cellular machinery responsible for carrying out the process of protein synthesis. Thus, BCAAs not only increase the rate of protein synthesis, but they also increase the cell's capacity for protein synthesis!

I mostly train in combat sports; boxing, muay thai, wrestling, BJJ, and wrestling. I have a tendency to run myself into the ground or over train especially if I am also putting in road work running or lifting as well. As I am getting older I definitely have felt recovering and being sore after a tough workout hit me a bit harder than it did when I was younger. Lots of guys young and old at my gym swear by BCAA's so I gave them a shot. And honestly I can say I am pretty happy with the results. Although I am always healthily skeptical but open minded about any supplement,super health food, etc. in terms of fitness I gotta say these have really helped me get a little extra umph and make my recovery times less sore and stiff.Very helpful after a killer leg day. Maybe it's the placebo effect but I honestly think these have made a nice little difference in my workouts. I've tried the watermelon, green apple, and fruit punch flavors so far. I like the fruit punch the best and it mixes better it seems if you add something else to the water. Sometimes I add like an Emergen-c packet for instances. Again I don't think any product is some sort of MIRACLE supplement that will help you be some sort of Dolph Lundgren super athlete, but if you are looking for a nice energy boost outside of coffee or noxplode type things I really enjoyed this one. The vendor usually ships it in a timely manner too. My only gripe is the price discrepancy among the flavors. It's not much but definitely noticeable. I guess it must reflect the popularity in them and may warrant a high price for the demand. It's not unheard of too among supplements like protein powder to charge more for the more popular flavors, but I don't know in this case I just find it odd they are differently priced.

This stuff tastes so good it's addictive!! It really is delicious. I think I could put less than the recommended dose per 8oz though...I put 2 scoops into a 32oz water bottle. That's more than the single dose, but less than the max daily. It just tastes really good and gets me off sugary sports drinks. I have to read the ingredients again because it is a bit sweet and want to make sure no unhealthy amount of sugars. It tastes best with ice water! Will definitely purchase again, and will probably try some of the other flavors. Waiting to see the health benefits, but with everything, it's just part of the plan so I don't think I could say "hey it's the drink," but there are some ingredients that have been shown in lab study to help with fat loss etc and muscle regeneration.
