Damaged cubes

20% of cubes were damaged, I could use remaining only. Product appears good. Not sure if this is raw material or packaging damage

Not good

It is not rookwool,seeds do not germinate well ,remains brittle even when wet.The powder it breaks into can choke the hydroponic pump intakes .
