82194 Ultra Grey Rigid High-Torque RTV Silicone Gasket Maker, 3.5 oz.

Used Ultra Gray gasket maker on a job that was “definitely not that bad” and somehow leaking from everywhere. Slapped this stuff on, bolted it together, and now it’s tighter than my budget after buying tools I didn’t need. It sticks, it seals, and it doesn’t care how confident you were before you realized the gasket was toast. Oil stays in. Coolant stays where it belongs. No drips, no excuses. If you enjoy products that quietly make you look like you know what you’re doing, Ultra Gray is the hero you didn’t know you needed. Five stars.

This Permatex 82194 works well for sealing in the kitchen appliances at work. i used it to fix a stubborn leak on a pipe and it held up nicely. the tube is small but lasts a good while. it's nice to have extra on hand for quick repairs.

If you're using this for a one-time application, you may want to opt for a smaller tube. However, if you use RTV a lot, this tube will last you a long time and the price is on-point. I saved quite a bit overall by just buying the bigger tube instead of smaller individual tubes. This is like that Granny's hot sauce- I use this s*** on everything! Very good stuff, you can cap the tube for reuse. Good high-temp RTV that resists oil and stuff. I've used it on applications like metal-to-plastic and the adhesion is great. The ease of use and thickness is also better than the smaller tubes in my opinion, because you can control the flow using any caulk gun of your choice. I recommend using a "finger" from nitrile gloves to cap the tube along with a wood screw or bolt. The only downside is it takes a while to cure compared to other similar RTVs (like "Great Stuff", etc). I used this to seal around a throttle body that had a snapped corner bolt on a bmw m50 motor, this was plastic-on-metal, and this RTV has held up for literally over 5 years so far with no signs of cracking or anything else. That's after hundreds or possibly thousands of heat cycles and exposure to CCV oils, etc. So yeah, It's very good.

Worked for my 5.0 valve cover joints

I bought this to help re seal my intake manifold on my chevy 350 engine that had a bad oil leak at the firewall. This along with a new gasket kit to stop a oil/vacuum leak. Completely changed how the engine starts and idle's. 24 hour dry time in los angeles weather.

Bought to put on a Nissan engine oil pan That i had to replace used it before ran out i like this type it seals great and i used a lawnmower transmission to seal good product and it last small 1/8 in beads seal better and you not wasting it!
