Perfect fit.
Good price on a scoop replacement for my 2008 Mini Cooper S. Pretty basic but easy to install.

Fits and looks better than stock hood scoop
Fits and looks great! The carbon fiber look is very convincing. Make sure to order the new fasteners to go with it because the existing fasteners will probably break when you remove the old hood scoop. No problems with warping after some very hot days in the sun here. The shape is more sporty and aggressive than the stock one.

great product, fits great but doesn’t come with the clips that pop into the hood
Most import thing is it doesn’t come with the clips that pop into the hood but you can reuse the old one if u kept them, the fit perfect and pretty easy to install and looks great. Would definitely recommend for other Mini Cooper s owners. Ps be carful when handling the trim on the edge of the hood because it’s very brittle from the heat of the turbo, mine broke off while putting this on.

Proper fitment
The center bolt to hold it in place does not align with the factory hole on the hood. Better design should be considered. However, the snap clips do hold it in place and it looks very good.

Item didn't not fit properly
Item did not really fit well. It wasn't shaped ti fit my mini cooper properly. It should have been sold with the proper clips. It was not easy to find the proper clips.

Item was not as shown but good quality
All the pictures of the ad it showed a carbon fiber and even the words said its black carbon fiber but I really easily it was black... I had to wait few weeks for the delivery and pay import fees and when it came I was furious but didn't want to go through he hassle of returning it and fighting with fees back to the US... I was lucky that my mini has the same color Pearl Black as this piece
