This lip balm is perfect for Accutane lips. My teen used it and it helped the dryness pretty much right away. It's a decent value - I'm not sure what the dermatologist's office would have charged us. I also like the three pack for when the teen loses one (or two).

This is one of the best products I’ve ever found for irritation around the lips. It helps soothe and quickly heals redness and irritation, especially in the corners and around the lips, without leaving the area feeling dry like many other products. As a licensed esthetician, I often recommend it to clients in my skincare practice who experience chronic irritation around the lips. It’s become one of my favorite products to keep on hand and recommend because it works quickly when a flare-up occurs. It’s also very affordable, especially when purchased in multipacks. I’ve even included it as a Christmas gift for clients because it’s such a practical product that many people end up loving and recommending to their friends and family members. I have a problem with the corners of my lips getting dry and cracking. It can be painful and make it hard to open my mouth wide enough to floss and brush my teeth properly. My dental hygienist had given me some samples of a Dr. Dan product and it worked so well that I thought I’d try the Cortibalm. It works great. Used regularly, it keeps my mouth from getting dry and cracking. Having it in the stick form is handy. I always carry one in my purse and have one near where I watch TV. There’s really no flavor to it which is fine with me.

Best lip balm especially good for my son who was on acutane but entire family uses this lip balm way better than chapstick and other brands. Worth the money!

The best chap stick for very dry, chapped, irritated lips! Derm recommended it and I’m thankful to find this! I ordered their one with sunscreen also, to avoid the sunburned lips I got over spring break. Both are excellent and the SPF has zinc, yet not white on the lips.

This cortibalm is awsome. I have had eczema all my life. My lips were itchy, scaly, peeled and were constantly chapped and sore. My dermatologist recommended trying Dr Dan's Cortibalm. Reluctantly I ordered it and gave it a try. I liked that it stayed on for a good amount of time but most of all it healed my lips in two days. This stuff is more than awsome. It has worked better than any of the prescription meds I have used for decades. Its a little priceyer than most lipbalms but it totally worth it. I recommend this to anyone with lip exzema or chappes lips. Great stocking stuffer too.

Immediately soothed the burning in my lips that other lip balms and healing ointments made worse. Cera-Ve, Vaseline, Aquaphor, Nivea, and regular anti-biotic ointment all either made it worse or just didn't help at all. It all started with an allergic reaction that swelled my lips up so bad that cold compresses and Benadryl didn't help so I had to use an epi-pen which worked. But it left my lips still burning with little splits an raw spots from the damage done by the swelling. I thought a good lip balm would help after a few day but everything I put on them made the burning worse. This lip balm is a miracle . I think the bees wax is what caused the immediate soothing because it sealed off all the raw spots that were just burned by the healing ointments and expensive lip balls (that purposely advertise no wax). Then the little bit of cortisone in it got everything including the original wee spot of eczema.
