Could i used this to sew on a thick double layer fleece material poncho?

You could but I think you would need something larger. I used them on doll clothes I made.

Can these be superglued to the fabric or do they have to be sewn on?

Sewing them on the fabric would be better.

Where can i find a 12mm sew on snap with a center post (top) (4.3mm) that is .7/1.0mm taller i have pics to describe looking for silver color?

Right here on Amazon! Did you bother typing it in the search box? Really?

do the snaps have a small hole to align the 2 parts when sewing on?

thank you for your question. The studs and sockets of the same diameter are matchable, they can be easily buckle together or separate
