Exceptional Water Filtration – Highly Recommended!
I couldn’t be happier with my iSpring RCC1UP-AK Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System! As someone who’s been concerned about the quality of tap water, especially the fluoride content, this system has completely changed my peace of mind. I’ve always been cautious about the water we drink and cook with, and now I feel so much safer. Setting it up was pretty straightforward. The instructions were clear, and the system fit under my sink without any issues. After installation, I tested the water with a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) tester, and I was amazed to see that the water was at a perfect 43 ppm – that’s incredibly low and means the filtration is working exactly as promised. For reference, my tap water had a TDS reading 155, so this system really makes a huge difference. The taste of the water is noticeably better. It's crisp, clean, and refreshing – perfect for drinking, cooking, and making coffee or tea. I feel so much more confident using it in all aspects of my daily routine. Overall, I highly recommend the iSpring RCC1UP-AK system to anyone who’s looking for a reliable, high-quality reverse osmosis filtration system. It’s a fantastic investment in both health and convenience. If you’re serious about water quality, this system will not disappoint!

Great product, easy install - Clean water
Did a lot of research and reading and ended up going with the iSpring RCC1UP-AK. I like that it is a true 7 stage (meaning 7 actual vessels the water passes through). And that it has a large UV vessel (powered) along with a powered pump (very quiet) for added pressure when filling. The instruction video was good and straight forward. I didn't have any questions during the install that weren't covered in the video. For the drain line I ended up using a garbage disposal adapter (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08YP9VKHZ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) to avoid drilling into the waste piping. I'm also impressed that iSpring provides a leak/flood shut off valve. Even though it is mechanical with a disc that needs to be replaced once it gets wet - it's a great adder. I've only had it installed for about a week and so far, it is operating fine - no problems. I will eventually do a full water test report to verify clean water. I did, per another reviewer's suggestion, go ahead and add a 3 way valve to the last pre filter output. That way when I need to replace the prefilters and do the initial flush I can just flip the 3-way valve (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F7HQMH7L?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) to the hose that I can run to the drain. This avoids having to disconnect the red tubing and connect to the drain as described in the install video each time I replace the prefilters. Also, I have considered adding an additional faucet for pure RO water before the Alkaline adder. That way I'd have a choice between pure RO water and clean RO water with minerals added back in. I did put an electronic water leak alarm (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CKYTP2DM?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) and a rubber water catch mat (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D6YWKXVC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) in with the RO system as a just in case. And thanks to Julius for securing my 3-year extended warranty.

The Product itself and Seller was Fantastic
PRODUCT: I tried a few other R/O systems and this one is as good as it gets for residential. I'll explain. If you really want high quality , safe and delicious water to consume then you have to have the 7 stage system at a minimum. An R/o system is essential because not only will your water be pure but when combined with the UV light you are now essentially addressing everything that can be wrong with water. Your handling heavy metals, viruses and bacteria. We all can buy a carbon filter and such but they do not protect you against the real issues with "bad" water. You need the whole system to have the highest quality water possible. I will get to one other VERY important feature that this system has over the others but let me make one more point. This system has the common industry filters, then combines the R/O and UV to address the very small micron size particles and of course they have filters that add back essential minerals because pure unmineralized water is actually bad for you. Pure unmineralized water wants to attach to other molecules and it will do that by stripping your body of minerals such as calcium. Pure water is actually a very good solvent. So re-mineralizing water is not just about adding taste. You shouldn't want your water to read 0 on a TDS scale. The important part I wanted to mention was this system comes with it's own built in water pressure booster. This is important because the proper pressure is needed to make an R/O system work properly and to minimize waste water. An R/O system can not do it's job correctly if the water pressure isn't within the range of the specific R/O system you are using. Since this company knows exactly what that pressure should be, because it's their equipment, the booster pump delivers the proper operating pressure at all times. This water is simply a pleasure to drink. SUPPORT: The seller was fantastic to work with. Like I've stated in the past I've tried these systems before from other companies, and my opinion of good water is that it should have 0 after taste and almost feel like air going down. You should taste nothing as hard as you try. Well when I first put in this system and ran through all the startup protocols I found I wasn't getting the taste I expected and the TDS read really high. To put it in perspective the poland spring water bottles I tested in the 16oz plastic size came to about 30-35 TDS very consistently. Almost always 30 on the dot. So remineralized water from an R/O system should not be above that in my opinion because then water starts to have a "taste". Mine was above that and it had a distinct metallic after taste. I contacted the seller, explained how the install went, completed the protocols they asked me too and while still not completely happy they shipped me additional parts to swap out. All this happened within just a few days. So between response time, being empathetic to my problems and providing a tangible fix these guys we're great. The only reason I wrote this long review is because I remember my journey from just learning about these systems and what to expect from them health wise. And if I can compact as much important information as possible maybe your journey into picking the right solution for yourself can go quicker and less expensive then mine. Also any seller, especially on Amazon that makes a customer fell like their issue is super important deserves the accolades that I am happy to give.Between this seller and the product you will not be let down. Good luck everyone and a thank you to other reviewers that helped guide me in my own confusing purchases. If you reach out to the seller or customer service ask for SEAN. He was the best!

Good System - Good Customer Service
Updated Review Below after dealing with customer service to fix the system. Edits: The system has been five stars all along, however, there was a period when I had given it 4 stars due to the difficulty in obtaining replacement filter packs. I was told by customer service this was due to the pandemic and supply shortages for the UV bulbs. In the past 6 to 12 months I have not seen any filter supply outages. I am re-instating five stars. I own a residence in the country and I am on well water. I drink a lot of water. For years I had a water cooler and had 5 gallon bottles of water delivered. So I am very used to the taste of that water. I decided, as a way to save money, I would get a RO water filtration system installed under the sink of my house. After researching for a fair amount of time I ended up purchasing the 7 stage 100 GPD iSpring RO system in late 2019. I watched the installation video and read the directions. It was pretty simple to set up. It does take some time to get it completely installed. I took my time and I am happy with the final installation. I feel that the video and the written instructions are very good to help get the system installed. After the installation the instructions state to fill the tank and then empty it. I followed those directions. At first I wasn't a big fan of the taste differences. I can tell the difference between a lot of the off-the-shelf bottled water, so I figured this would take a bit of time to get accustomed to the taste of the local well-water and the difference in how the final product was filtered. As time went on I started to enjoy the taste of the water. One of the big reasons I got this system was the protection from possible pollutants that could get into the water. I have the well system tested, but that only tells me the water is okay at that point-in-time. I have no idea if it is still good a month later. This system gives me peace in that regard. I am satisfied with the system. I am happy that I got it and I am no longer buying bottles of water. -----UPDATE 012322----- In December 2021 I started to have an issue with one of the lines. I made a short video and E-mailed it to customer support. I worked with one of their customer support agency, Francis. We exchanged E-mailed back and forth. The first diagnosis was a faulty solenoid. Based on where I could visibly see the problem, I felt that he was correct and was excited to receive the replacement part, which was covered under the warranty. But after I replaced it, the problem still was happening. Francis then said he would send out a whole new head unit to ensure the problem was fixed in a timely manner. I had just changed the filters approximately one month prior. The filters are good from anywhere between 6 to 12 months. So I wasn’t too excited about having to put in new filters. Francis also hooked me up with filters so my new ones didn’t go to waste. The new head fixed the problem. It fixed the problem and I am up and running. As far as customer service goes, I am happy. I didn't get a run around. I got replies from Francis within the next 24-hours. He did what was needed to make sure my system works.

Beyond Expectations!
This review is for the following: iSpring RCC1UP-AK 100 GPD 7-Stage Reverse Osmosis Under Sink Water Filtration System with Boost Pump, Alkaline Remineralization, UV Filter, and Top-Mounted Faucet; purchased 8 Jul 25, installed 17 Jul 25. iSpring WGB32B-KDS 3-Stage Whole House Water Filter with a 1st Stage Anti-Scale Water Filter, 2nd Stage GAC+KDF Heavy Metal Reducing Filter, and a 3rd stage Carbon Block Filter; purchased 20 Jul 25, installed 27 Jul 25. iSpring WSPSL-ARJ-BP Spin Down Sediment Water Filter with Siliphos and Touch-Screen Auto Flushing; purchased 20 Jul 25, installed 27 Jul 25. I wanted to install a drinking water filtration system for several years but never had the time to do it. Now that I’m retired, I decided it was time to finally get it done. Our city water source in Alaska meets “approved” levels for water quality, but always has a sulfur smell, and scaling is also a problem. To add to our concerns, we often get sediment when we have earthquakes near our area. I spent a great deal of time reviewing various filtration systems on the internet and Amazon to find the best fit for my needs. Though there are many good systems out there, I chose iSpring because they offered the best options and had the best reviews for filtration systems and customer support. I first purchased and installed the RCC1UP-AK 7-Stage RO/UV drinking water filtration system thinking that was all I wanted. I mounted it in my basement crawl space underneath the refrigerator because of the ease of running wiring for an electrical GFCI receptacle from my garage circuit breaker panel to power the booster pump and UV filter, and because of the way my PEX piping is routed. I’m very qualified to perform this type of work but wouldn’t recommend someone doing the same if not knowledgeable and qualified, that includes splicing in valves and connectors for PEX tubing and installing the filtration system, not to mention any electrical work. It took me two days to get everything installed from running a feed line for the drinking water sink faucet, creating a filter bypass line, splicing into the refrigerator ice maker/drinking water line, running an electrical circuit, and mounting and activating the new RO/UV filtration system. To say my wife and I are pleased with the quality of the drinking water we are getting from our new filtration system would be an understatement. Whether we get the drinking water chilled from the refrigerator faucet or from the new sink faucet, the RO/UV filtered water tastes outstandingly fresh and pure. And the bonus of having the sink drinking faucet is we can now wash our fruits and vegetables in purified water! Should anyone want to know, the TDS readings for our unfiltered water supply runs around 250ppm, but coming from the RO/UV filter, it drops to 12ppm. Because of how well the RO/UV filtration system works, and because we still have the problem of the sulfur smell, scaling, and earthquake caused sediment coming out of the rest of the house faucets, I decided to purchase and install a Whole House Filtration System. Again, I went with iSpring for the same reasons I installed the RO/UV Filtration System. However, I decided to go with their ultimate filters for the 3 stage Filtration System and the Spin-Down Sediment Filter. Again, I installed the system in the crawl space, but next to the water supply entrance and extended the electrical circuit for a second GFCI receptacle to power the Sediment Filter Auto Flush. This time, it took me 4 days to complete the job because I took advantage of the incoming water shutoff to splice in SharkBite Max cold/hot water valves to every feeder line in the house for individual isolation. What a difference having a Whole House Filtration System has made to the quality of our water. It has been just over a week since it went on-line, and the results have been absolutely incredible. We no longer have the sulfur smell, and scaling is completely gone. We haven’t had any local earthquakes yet, but I’m certain we won’t have a sediment problem either. I can also comment on iSpring’s customer service. I took advantage of their free 3-year warranty extension by registering the products on their website. I’m not going to say it was easy to input the information on their support page because it doesn’t seem to function very well. It took me at least 3 tries for each of the Filtration Systems because the website kept giving errors and locking up, but perseverance prevailed, and I was finally able to register all three systems. It didn’t take but a day to hear back from Sean and Nick respectively to let me know that my 3-year warranties have been activated. Though I didn’t speak to them directly, I’m certain I would be very happy talking with them to help me with any issues I might have. Other reviews mention how helpful customer service personnel are or have been and I can believe it. Bottom line, I highly recommend iSpring Filtration Systems for your drinking and/or whole house filter needs. You won’t be sorry! And check out the attached photos to get an idea of my installation.

Filtered, good tasting and well thought out out system
Waited for a long while to submit a review for this product just to see how it was working. We are very satisfied with the iSpring 7-stage reverse osmosis water filtration system with pump and tank. I wasn’t sure my water pressure would push the water out consistently so I looked for a system with a pump and tank. Also, our water tests pretty good (for local standards) but the buildup on faucet nozzles, toilet bowls, stainless sinks, etc was (and still is) a major problem staining the sinks and bowls and clogging up the faucets over time so we figured a good source of drinking and cooking water was needed. This system, although bulky even for a double wide sink cabinet (it takes up about 1/3 the space with the tank taking up the majority of the space) proved to be a good way to get great tasting water without the minerals and chemicals I saw when testing water out of the tap. The installation was fairly easy if you can call working under a sink in the cabinet easy (if you’ve done it, you know!). The push connections are great and do not leak as long as you install them per directions. And most of the connections are already made between the filters. There was a through manual included as well as some extra parts and clips. I was hoping it would plumb into the existing faucet to use there but that wasn’t the case, however we grew to like the separate soda fountain style faucet and it doesn’t take up too much space on the sink top tucked into one of the corners. We did have the reverse osmosis unit fail somewhere in the first two years of ownership. Emailing the company and proving date of sale was pretty much all that was needed and they shipped out new parts. Nick in service was very helpful. In taking it apart I got confused as to the route of the water through the various filters and the manual (which is pretty extensive!) wasn’t actually much help as was the web. I couldn’t find a simple flow chart showing the ins and out to ins through the system. Took some time to riddle it out referring to several pictures of the system. Should have taken photos as I went! The system seems to work as described. I change the filters around every 6 months but forgot the first two years but this didn’t slow the water output. I’m sure the filters were way past their useful life on that first change. This is when I noticed the electronic unit wasn’t working any more and contacted the company. Replacing the filters is, again, as easy as working under a sink in the cabinet can be. Kinda a pain but the actual unscrewing and screwing in the canisters wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. It is messy since there’s residual water in there so get a pan and several towels ready. Don’t think we’ve hit the break even point between this systems cost and the cost of buying water but consider this… do you really know if the water you buy is purified to the level you want or expect? With the iSpring system, we know.

Happy customer
Overall, I like my system. It was a little more complicated but I did get the top system with like 90 stages(I'm joking, more like 7 - UV/Pump/mineral restore) .. so it being complicated makes sense. I did mess it up at the start so I was down a couple of days but I got a replacement part pretty quickly. Before I had a Whirlpool WHER25 RO system for about 11 years so I will be comparing with that. I replaced it because it was getting a little aged. I really liked the Whirlpool WHER25 also and would also give it 5 stars. Both systems are good for different people I would say. - The iSpring gives you many more options. (the Whirlpool just gives you one choice) Pump option, UV option, mineral restore option, plus other versions. - The Whirlpool is much simpler to install and work with. It is simply a much simpler unit. It is much easier to assemble and a tad easier to replace the filters. If you are not an DIY person then I would recommend the Whirlpool. - Tech support is excellent. I called support(Nick) picked up up right away. I guess I put part of it together incorrectly (forgot to pull off the rubber protectors on the RO) and it cracked the RO housing. I sent support a picture and he sent out the replacement by FedEx. It was shipped Monday and I think got here on Wednesday. (I never had to call support for my Whirlpool so I am not sure on that.) - The initial costs are close (when lease expensive 5-stage iSpring $190 to 3 stage Whirpool $150) however the filters are cheaper on the iSpring after. The iSpring filters are also much larger, so I would think you get more milage but I cannot say for sure. - I would say there is less chance of a water leak on a Whirlpool. My Whirlpool never had a leak in the 10 years I had it. It just really three joints. (1) from the home water (2) one to the tank (3) one to the waste water (4) to the faucet. The iSpring on the other had has maybe has many joints. - iSpring (at least the line I bought) starts at 5 filters and has a pre-sediment filter. If you have terrible water this sediment filter might be useful. (but I am not an expert) - I guess the biggest reason reason for the iSpring (over the Whirlpool) was that with the Whirlpool I was throwing away a lot of plastic...basically the filter, the plastic cylinder casing, the rubber O ring were all tossed each time. The iSpring just replaced the filters but it is a tad more work. Note: O rings can get old and hard so I'm wondering if I might still need to replace that every few years... not sure. Anyway, points to iSpring as far as the environment. - Industrial restaurants have filters similar to the ispring one so it seems to be the more industrial setup. - the Whirlpool WHER25 was a consumer reports top pick (at least when I bought it around 2009). The iSpring has not been reviewed - I am guessing because there are so many these days. - The iSpring is way larger than the Whirlpool. This caught me by a surprise. Luckily I was able to move my mineral/UV Lamp from the top to the side to make it fit. I would recommend measuring your space and also make sure you have a little extra space. I would also leave extra length on the tubes on the iSpring because you might need to pull out the complete unit (like if it is stuffed in the corner of the sink cabinet like I have it) - The iSpring came with lots of extra parts and a better quality sewer saddle. The Whirlpool didn't but it was a simpler setup. I don't think my Whirlpool one had a shutoff valve however the iSpring did. That is a parts may want to buy separately with the Whirlpool. Anyway, iSpring those lots of extra parts in the box for special setups. - I would recommend having a TDS water meter if you don't have one. This will help tell you if you system is not working correctly and when the filter need to be replaced. I would also keep a small running history of the tap water and post RO water history. So in summary, if you are a little handy with the tools, using more water, need a pump or UV or special filters, like throwing out less plastic, like cheaper filters then go with the iSpring. If it will only be used by a couple people, your water is not terrible like well water, you want to minimize the chances of leaks, or there is not much space, then go with the Whirlpool. (Again, I really liked that system mostly because it was simple and small.) This is way longer than I planned. Hopefully, it helps some people out there and also iSpring/Whirlpool if they see it.

Best DIY RO drinking water system available
iSpring RCC1up-AK After researching the many RO water purification systems now available for under-sink installation, my decision to go with iSpring equipment was made based on these overwhelming factors. The guarantee that the filtered water will be taste-free, have low solids/proper PH/with healthy levels of minerals. Each of these benefits must be independently confirmed with true documented measurable results. The equipment had to be DIY installation, maintenance, and if necessary - repairable (to include all such support documentation to explain the theory of operation, troubleshooting, component level identification, and replacement. There had to be good evidence of absolute company support at every level - from compatibility research and purchase, to integration of plumbing for installation, tips for troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, repair, and near-instant customer response and support. The final catagory I compared was that of pricing. This included initial purchase, installation, scheduled maintenance, and operational costs. With the ever growing potential for fake or biased customer reviews being planted everywhere online now days, common sense and scrutiny must be applied, but the one common trait that was clearly present in all reviews for iSpring products was the overwhelming personalized customer support. The iSpring support personnel are known and referred to on a first name basis. I found this to be 100% true and accurate, since my specialist (Sean) returned all calls, emails, texts, and requests without hesitation. The system I selected is being used at our house (in south MD) which uses well water. The DIY installation went fairly smooth. I did add a new AC power receptacle under the sink for closer convenience - but other kitchens may already have one nearby that will work just fine. I also put in a “tee” inline to feed the filtered water to our refrigerator/ice maker. These “kits” are VERY well designed by iSpring and carefully considered. They have about every single component needed to integrate the system into your current plumbing and the documentation is thoroughly written - to include color diagrams and tips for those who may be unfamiliar with the methodology employed for push-on connections, tubing, or other basics utilized along the way. The only “real work” item to be carefully planned and implemented upon installation might be the placement and “hanging” of the system on its vertical axis, on either an existing bulkhead or wall (under the sink or where ever you intend to mount it). It is not difficult- but since its filter cartridges must be changed at some point on a schedule, the location and space should be considered to keep things simple. Our sink had one of those worthless soap dispensers in it - so I removed it and relocated the hand sprayer over to mount in its hole. That gave me a nice location on the far right to mount the new filtered water faucet. This looks great - (and I did not have to drill any new holes through our counter top). Our tap water tested 244 TDS (before filtering). After the filtering the test shows that number to now be 44. We have a small (30 yr old) salt-powered water softener downstairs to help with our water. Its not a modern unit but it may help a bit. However, my primary concern and goal was to purify our bad tasting tap water - to the extent that we could enjoy drinking it, finally replacing our dependency on bottled spring water. THAT seemed a TALL ORDER. I am very sensitive (picky) when it comes to detecting even the faintest taste - when drinking water. So how did it turn out? I am relieved to say that for the first time in the 37 years of living in this house, we are finally able to enjoy drinking the water dispensed from our kitchen sink. We use it for everything we drink. We keep 2 pitchers full in our fridge - we use it for coffee, espresso - even our 2 kitties get it in their water fountain. No more buying bottled water or carrying those heavy cases from the grocery store. I only wish I had done this years sooner - but regardless of the past - we enjoy it now. Anyone on the fence concerning the decision to select the best system for the cost and effort can choose iSpring without any hessitation. Their systems, the results, and the support from the company are all unrivaled. I am so glad I chose iSpring.

Ottimo!
Mi ero già rivolto in precedenza all’assistenza iSpring e sempre il sig. Francis.

Exceptional Performance and Value
I've long been aware of the concerns surrounding tap water quality in the UK. From chlorine taste to potential contaminants like fluoride etc., it's understandable why many people opt for bottled water. However, the iSpring RCC1UP-AK 100GPD Under Sink 7-Stage system has provided a reliable and affordable solution to these issues. I've been using the iSpring RCC1UP-AK 100GPD Under Sink 7-Stage system for over a month now and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. After experiencing persistent limescale issues with our previous Brita kettle, the iSpring system has been a game-changer. The water quality is noticeably superior, resulting in improved taste and a noticeable difference in cooking outcomes. Additionally, the system has significantly reduced our reliance on bottled water, making it a more sustainable and cost-effective choice. The installation process was straightforward, and customer support was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the registration for the extended warranty. Overall, I highly recommend the iSpring RCC1UP-AK to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient under-sink water filtration system.

Verdaderamente impresionado!
Definitivamente recomendado.
