This is a good Vitamin B complex. It's small enough to make swallowing easier than others. 250 capsules in the bottle makes it a very good deal.

This was fine! If you need more B vitamins, this is one way to get them. I personally didn’t love the formula though because it gave me neon pee. I felt the energy I got from these was a little jittery and I’m not a dietician or anything but the dose might be kind of high — I eat meat so I’m getting B12 and everything, I just need a little boost. BUT I generally have more anxiety symptoms and fewer depression symptoms, so your mileage could definitely vary. Overall, I trust the brand, the product is decent, it just wasn’t for me. Maybe I’ll get back into it when the winter blues start

I tried this B-complex because the formula looked comprehensive, but the capsules had a strong medicinal odor as soon as I opened the bottle. They also left an unpleasant taste afterward, which made taking them each morning something I started to avoid. The capsules were larger than I anticipated, and the added vitamin C did not make the experience any more pleasant. A supplement intended for regular use needs to be easier to tolerate, and this one did not meet that basic expectation for me.
