Q: I currently live in Panama. If I buy it, does it work?

Yes it will work; I currently live in Panama, have been a Google phone user since their nexus line and currently own a Pixel 5 (previously had a Pixel 3) that has worked with no problems. The only reason I haven't bought the Pixel 6 is cause my current phone is still in pristine condition, but I do know people who have the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro in Panama and have had no problems whatsoever.

Q: is the pixel 6 and 6 pro physical supports the duel SIM card ( duel stand by)?

Q: Is there external micro sd card storage with this cell phone?

It does not have any way to add a micro SD for more storage, but it has 128 GB total storage. A lot of that gets eaten up with apps, but I still had over 60 GB available before I started downloading mp3s to it. I currently have about 20 GB of mp3s on it, which is plenty for my current music collection. Works fine for me. I think you should be able to pick your favorite songs to download to it with over 20 GB of free storage on the device.
