I had one room that had bed bugs brought home from school. I did everything to try and kill these things. For a year I set off bug bombs several times a week, bought the bug spray from the store and sprayed daily. I burnt clothes, the mattress and box springs (twice) and put an air mattress in the room. I was washing everything in the room on the hot cycle and drying in a hot dryer. Just when I thought I had them killed, I'd see another. NOTHING was working! It actually got worse because some of them decided they didn't like that room anymore and moved into the next bedroom. I was over it!! I researched and finally found this product. I read the reviews and took the advice given. I bought mattress covers to seal off the new mattress and box springs. I bagged everything and put things not being used in storage. I duct taped all the bags closed. I thoroughly cleaned the rooms and stripped the bedding and washed it all, I sprayed everything down. I did this weekly and after a few weeks there was no sign of them. I've been using this product for over a year, and I still spray every other week simply because I think these bugs have traumatized me and I am not taking a chance of them coming back. One gallon lasted 6 months because I over obsessively sprayed. I bought a second gallon and in 8 months I have used half. It goes a long way and well worth the money. It was safe for my family and pets. The smell is different, not bad just a woody nature smell. I waited a year to make sure this product really worked before I typed a review, and I am here to say it does!! This product gave me my life back!

Very pleased with this product! Use it correctly, don't cheap out or do a half-a$$ed job and it will work for you too.
My wife and I began noticing bites on our daughter and after a thorough search of her room we discovered, much to our horror and disgust, that there were bed bugs. We believe that they came in a fabric headboard we ordered online, as that's were they seemed to be thriving and we had them nowhere else in the house. I swore to rain down hellfire on the sonsofb*tches that were biting my little girl, but since I had to take into account that this is where she sleeps and searched for a non-toxic eco friendly solution. I found this product and many of the reviews were very detailed and helpful so I decided to give it a try. I ordered two of the 1 gallon jugs as well as an inexpensive sprayer. Below are the steps I took to successfully rid these mofos from our home. Some might think I went overboard, but if you read horror stories about how difficult it can be to rid your home of these vile creatures once an infestation gets serious, you'll be convinced that there is no such thing as overkill. -We bagged every blanket, piece of clothing, stuffed toy, curtain and anything fabric and removed it from the room. This would be washed and dried at a very high temperature. -The mattress and fabric headboard went to the landfill. -I sprayed the entire room down with EcoRaider, baseboards, walls, carpet, ceiling, shelves. bed frame...everything! -I made a moat of food grade Diatomaceous Earth at the base of the bedroom door (I was afraid the little ****ers might come after us when they got hungry) -I noticed dead bed bugs after the first spray so I knew it was working. -Over the course of of the next 30 days I repeated the spray-down process 4 times while our daughter slept in the guest room. Letting the EcoRaider dry after each treatment and then doing a thorough vacuum. -During the 3rd treatment I saw a live bedbug come out of a crack in the wood bed frame as I was soaking it down. Realizing how tiny a space they can hide in I decided to take no chances and the bed frame went to the landfill. -After our final treatment we washed down the walls, windows, shelves, etc. to remove any EcoRaider residue. -We waited another week or so to allow the EcoRaider odor to subside. It isn't an unpleasant smell but it is quite strong. I also put in an odor absorbing "air sponge" and an air purifier to aid in clearing it out. -After the odor had subsided, and before putting my daughters things back in the room, my wife and I took turns sleeping in the room. We were acting as bait to see if we would end up with bites. We did not. -Its been 3-4 weeks since the last treatment and my daughter has not had any bites and ongoing inspections have not turned up any evidence of BBs. The room we were treating is approximately 100 square feet. I ended up only using one of the 1 gallon jugs I ordered. The sprayer I purchased was a must have as it allowed me to get the EcoRaider where I needed it to go without wasting any. While it does smell quite strong it isn't horrible, sort of like very intense pine. The odor does linger but subsides to reasonable levels after a few days of leaving the window open. The bad air sponge helped as well. After a few weeks it's still noticeable, but it's just a slight clean pine smell. I did get this stuff all over my hands and breathed it in with spraying it and I suffered no side effects whatsoever. Below are links to the products we used to battle the BBs. This works!
Gazing at my Amazon account, sadly I can see it has been a YEAR of me fighting those nasty bedbugs. Where did they come from, a couple of possibilities I have found during this year long battle. My husband travels a bunch could that be it? Or more than likely it was our poor decision (before I even knew about bedbugs) to pick up that beautiful huge sofa that someone left on a curb. Either way it has been one hell of a battle and EXPENSIVE! I was not worried when I first found them, I would have them gone in no time, so I thought. I was not proactive, please if you see any do not be me. I went to a big box store and bought some spray that did not kill them, but came close to killing me and it did not work. My next steps were to get bedbug covers for the mattress in two of the rooms where we saw them. This did not seem to help so hours of searching on the internet, I decided steaming them out was the best way! This was no issue as we just moved into this home and I had to rip down tons of wallpaper with a steamer. I steamed walls, steamed floors, steamed curtains and those damned things were still there in both rooms. It finally hit me, I need to get rid of the carpet in the master bedroom and put floor down, which I did. This did not work. I then thought okay, let me take off the bedbug covers and wash them (NEVER DO THIS), what a mistake they were back in full force. Back to Amazon ordering new bedbug covers to never remove. I then decided to buy the most expensive bedbug killer listed on Amazon that should do the trick, this stuff has residual killing. House got sprayed and we went off on 7 day cruise. I am so excited when I got home, by this time it has been about 7 month of us sleeping on the sofa or in our RV. I rewashed the sheets and comforter that we had packed in black trash bags. Living in Florida those bugs should be dead right as they were stored in garage. I put the clean sheets on and snuggled down. When I woke up I had never seen so many bedbugs all over my bed, all over me, and possible eating at my dog. That was it, my 30 years of marriage was about over as we had not slept in same bed for almost a year. Nothing I have done has worked. I called Orkin out to evaluate the house. With his flashlight (that was the same as mine) he showed me that they were in my curtains, my chair and every frickin where. For a small price...cough... of $5,000.00 they thought that would cover the price to tent my home. Had I used alcohol he asked me? No I had not. Don't bother with the alcohol. Here is what I finally did to get us almost bedbug free. They say don't buy a new mattress but after almost 30 years of marriage and sleeping on the same mattress I ordered a new one, it was immediately covered with the bedbug covers before it made its way to the master bedroom. I researched even more ( I am a walking encyclopedia about bedbugs). I threw out all of our bedding and pillows. I bought new sheets, new pillows for every room but my sons (don't make this mistake, those bugs travel) and after reading the review I purchased EcoRAider. The first night after I sprayed the bugs were greatly reduced. Unfortunately that is when my son noticed the bedbugs were in his room also, so I immediately ordered bedbug covers, new sheets ect... Were they gone after that, no. I don't know if there is anything that is an immediate fix. I have been spraying EcoRaider everyday around the beds, on the beds, on the pillows, on the base boards and have seen results that I could not find from any other product. I have been spraying daily for about two weeks, and there are some days I see nothing! I need another gallon jug of this fabulous product. It has no smell, my dogs and kids are good. My husband and I have moved back into our bedroom. My kids rooms I have not seen one single bedbug. This has been a very expensive war for me, and I swear this product would get a 5 star out of 5 except it does not come with a sprayer. I had to use a old sprayer out of an old bottle of the non working bug bed spray that I had left over. Hope this helps you in your nasty journey. Buy this product.

Didn't stain furniture
Worked great to fumigate items I couldn't use heat on or directly spray. The smell is pleasant but be sure not to get it on plastic items. It disingrates certain plastics. They started to crack and chip. It worked alright as bedbug killer but the smell is too much to use it for whole house. Didn't stain furniture. Good option for those who are eco friendly and not in multi-unit complex. Living in multi-unit complex I needed a combination of pesticides. I still used ecovenger to fumigate in bins. But wouldn't be as effective for entire home. Bedbugs flee to neighboring units if they detect certain smells. I used a biopesticide to ensure if they fled they took the pesticide with them and another that had no smell that would cause them to flee. The combination worked.

Kills 'em dead
Thanks to Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City, Michigan, we brought bed bugs home along with our water park memories. That was Thanksgiving weekend 2025 and here I sit, 4 months later in March 2026 writing this. Initially, we thought our daughter was having an allergic reaction, possibly to fleas since we have a cat and a dog. We treated our animals and the entire house for fleas and she kept having bites. Then our other daughter (shared room) got some bites, immediately I thought bed bugs. I stripped their beds, washed on hot, dried on Hell, searched their room high and low and found no signs of bed bugs but remember back a month or so to when we thought it was fleas, I did remember seeing little black specks of what I thought was dirt along the edge of her bed that we vacuumed. We vacuumed their room multiple times a day and dusted under the bottom bunk with DE. The girls have a handmade triple bunk bed with a million Kreg Jig screw holes and joints and seams everywhere, so I knew these would be hard to get rid of. We even bought one of those gimmicky UV ozone lights to try. We stripped their mattresses multiple times over a matter of weeks, I bought EcoVenger in the 16oz bottle and sprayed it, then used the UV light. I found a dead bed bug under my 8yo's bunk (finally!) and rejoiced that the LIGHT was working! I ran it again multiple times then we went on a trip to Florida for a week in late February...and, as soon as we got back, the kids started getting bites again in the typical line or triangle pattern, my 5yo had them all over her sweet little face! Screw that UV light, it finally hit me that the dead bug was probably from the spray and not the light (considering I had sprayed right before using the light... Then used only the light again multiple times after that because I initially thought it was the light that has killed it). The first time I used the spray, I lightly misted around their mattresses and bunks. I used the entire 16oz bottle pretty quickly. So I ordered the gallon jug this time because Mama means business. I've now removed every last thing from their room, putting anything I can into black trash bags. As soon as Michigan decides to get with the program and warm up, I'll put the black trash bags in the sun (black absorbs heat) and kill anything in there. I sprayed then wrapped each of their mattresses in a mattress protector and hauled them out of their room. I washed all of their curtains again (I found one baby bug on one curtain) with bed bug laundry additive and dried on hottest setting. All their bedding is washed the same way, but nothing is going back into that room anytime soon. It's stripped down to just wood floors and the wood bunk frame. I went in there with my 16oz bottle, refilled with this gallon jug, and DRENCHED every crack and crevice I could, sometimes twice. I think I refilled my 16oz bottle 3 times. Three large bed bugs came out of hiding and died immediately, they were under the bottom bunk in the back corner against the wall. They do look like apple seeds ๐คฎ I have a DE moat in front of their door to hopefully keep any stragglers from attempting to escape the room. As soon as this spray dries, I'll cover every.last.inch. with DE (I purchased a DE mister off of Amazon too) and I'll come out of that room look like a ghost, arms raised to the sky, and VICTORY WILL BE MINE. Additional bonus: It kills boxelders & stink bugs who get caught in the crosshairs too

This stuff works!!
My son had brought home bed bugs after staying at a friend's house. Initially, his bedroom was the only room impacted. When we realized what these strange bites/rash that he had on his shoulder was caused by bedbugs, I had him vacate his room and we removed everything but the furniture from the room (placing everything in sealed trash bags in the garage). I then went to the store to buy various products to get a jump on the situation immediately. We thououghly vacuumed the floors and baseboards, steamed the mattress & the carpets & then applied an all natural product from the hardware store to his mattress, ortho home protection on the base boards & we put diatomaceous earth along the baseboards and under his bed. We thought we had the room in a "quarantine" mode and figured we'd just stay out of the room and hopefully they would stay contained to that room & die. A week later I woke up to find bites on myself...guess they migrated looking for food and all that we had done previously hadn't worked. I called a couple nationally known pest control companies and they wanted thousands of dollars to come take care of this issue. As a single mom, I do not have that kind of money to spend on pest control. I got online and did a search for top rated bed bug killer and came across this product. It was a little pricey, but WAY cheaper than having an exterminator come out. Upon reading all the amazing reviews, I felt very hopeful that this would be manageable on my own as long as I was thorough in my process. I wasn't really sure how far the product would go since I've never had a bug situation before, so initially I bought three one gallon jugs based on what other reviewers had said they needed. I also bought encasements for my mattresses and pillows. While waiting for my product to arrive, I got my house ready to spray by removing everything from the impacted rooms (aside from the furniture) and placing everything in sealed trash bags out in the garage. This can seem like an overwhelming task, but it is an important part of the process. After everything possible was removed from the rooms I vacuumed everything, including base boards...curtains came down and were washed in hot water and thrown in the dryer on high heat. I also wiped the walls down. Within two days I had my Ecoraider, spray bottle & my encasements. (Thank you Amazon!) I'll admit, I went a little heavy handed with the spray in the initial treatments. I sprayed every crevice of every piece of furniture, even pulled dresser drawers out and sprayed them individually, sprayed bedframes, mattresses were vacuumed, encased & sprayed on all surfaces, box springs, the same. I even spayed a light coat over the whole carpeted floor as well as the edges of the walls, window sills, etc. The smell was a little overwhelming (as I used all three gallons in my initial application) but not completely unpleasant or unbearable...it would have been better had it not been so hot outside. I couldn't open the windows to properly ventilate because my a/c was on. After the first application was complete, I promptly ordered two more gallons for subsequent treatments. I started vacuuming three times a day, hitting base boards and mattresses once a day. After the week was over, I had received my replenished supplies and sprayed for a second time, this time just doing the perimeter of the room (baseboards), closets & around furniture. During the next week, I continue the routine of vacuuming 3 times a day and did a third round of follow up spray. I am now in week four and neither my son nor myself has had a bite in a week and a half. I still haven't gone through all the stuff that is in sealed bags out in my garage , but we had several very hot days over 110 throughout this ordeal so I'm sure anything that might have been in there is dead. I will, however be thoroughly inspecting and cleaning everything before it is brought back in. This has been a complete nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I am very thankful this product was out there. I feel confident that it has helped me to defeat the bedbugs that were in my home.

Was not very impressed with its ability to kill other bugs. I didn't have bed bugs.
The EcoRaider Bed Bug Killer Spray 1 Gallon Jug doesn't come with a sprayer so I needed to transfer it to a pump type sprayer for easy application. It smells alright and I used it to treat several beds. They did not have bed bugs but I was using it as a preventative measure. It is supposed to kill other bugs as well like roaches but it didn't seem to have any effect on the other bugs either. I was surprised to see ants when I returned as it almost seemed like more bugs were present. I used it in my Airbnb rental and was hoping to see less bugs alive. I know once you spray you may see more bugs but they should be dead. While I like that it is non-toxic, I still want it to work well. I cannot speak to its ability to handle a bed bug, but other bugs, meh.

Eco Raider Works, But You Have to Also Work At Getting Rid Of Bed Bugs
To all the people who said this stuff doesn't work, just let me say this: You aren't combating bed bugs properly. You can't just spray something and expect the problem to go away. These aren't wasps you're dealing with. They are insidious little critters who hide anyplace where there's a crack. We called Orkin to our place twice, and still had the problem. So we did our homework and read exactly how to conquer the problem. Fortunately, bed bugs never made it to the 2nd floor of our home, and it can only be because my retired husband vacuumed up cat litter and fur 6 or more times a day. To rid your home of these tiny terrors, you have to work and work HARD. But it'll be worth the effort. This is what you have to do: First, put all pillows, bedding, clothes, anything made of fabric, in the dryer for 45 min. and then store in a safe place in your home where there aren't any bed bugs. Or put in plastic garbage bags and then seal the bag with duct tape where you tied it closed. Then invest in a steamer that heats to at least 150 degrees - 200 is best. Regular carpet steamers don't do the trick because bed bugs can withstand up to 118 degree heat. Steam everything (cover outlets with plastic and tape around them so they don't get wet), and I mean EVERY DAMN THING. All the floors, window frames, baseboards, baseboard radiators (this probably doesn't need to be said, but DON'T steam electric baseboard heaters), door frames, wood or upholstered furniture (although you really should have gotten rid of that infested bed, couch, or chair and suffered until you can buy another one). Steam everything, then steam it again. Vacuum every single day, all the floors and upholstered furniture too. Be sure to empty the vacuum canister right away to prevent bugs from escaping back into your home. Take the canister outside and empty into a small plastic garbage bag and tie it closed. If it is a vacuum bag, toss it out. I know vacuum bags are expensive, but the cost is worth it. Do not think bed bugs cannot escape a vacuum. They can. Mop the floors with Pine Sol - it helps kill the bugs. If you'd bed is infested, get rid of it or buy a mattress cover made just for bed bugs. Seal the mattress and box spring and leave them covered for AT LEAST a year and a half. Books can also harbor bed bugs. Toss out the ones you aren't really going to read again and seal the books you wish to keep in plastic garbage bags and tape closed. Keep in there for one and a half to 2 yrs. After you have done all this, spray all the floors, furniture, etc., with Eco Raider. Then spray again a week later. This is what we did, and a month ago the Orkin man did a thorough inspection and pronounced our home clean of bed bugs. It's been 5 weeks since I received a bed bug bite, and next week the new couch will arrive. You can get rid of the problem, but only if you are willing to do the work. And buy Eco Raider. Our Orkin man never heard of the stuff, so we showed him the bottle and after reading the ingredients he said, "Yep, that'll kill 'em." And it does, but not alone. Follow my advice and you'll be bug-free in a couple of weeks instead of months.
