DonJoy Performance WEBTECH Short Knee Support Brace with Compression Undersleeve

I dislocated my knee 4 years ago. This brace is perfect for a little support when doing light physical activity. I need support around all sides of my patella, and braces with the classic "donut" are usually much bulkier. I like how minimal it feels compared to other braces. Some people are not happy with the quality, but I have been satisfied with its performance. If you are in between sizes, I would recommend sizing down so that the straps don't irritate the back of your knee.

Had a player with a knee cap alignment issue. After practices and games they always had a lot of discomfort and pain. Picked this up for them after trying it they were surprised to have no pain and very little discomfort. We will see if this continues but this is one of my better athletes who now has some hope they can continue to play and play with out the discomfort and pain

I was top end of medium on size chart based on measurement but too small and restricted movement.

This is a great knee brace for PFS and stabilizing a loose kneecap. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the velcro straps don't always stay secured with vigorous activity. I do like the way the corners of the brace are designed so that the strap doesn't slide all the way out, but still can be a little annoying to lose some support/stability while playing sports.

Not sure if it is not the right size but I did the meaurement and ordered the recommended size. It seems too small. I am not a physical therapist but the fit seems tight and snug until you go to walk in it and it ends up sliding down. I've wore it for one day and have had to adjust it 4 times already. The velcro fastners also are lousy, and to do not hold up under just walking in this brace. I have patellar instability so that's why I got this and it does provide some relief when it's in place and working correctly but the problem is, is that it does not stay in place. Would not recommend going by the sizing they have listed on their website. I am sending this item back. May try a larger size, I am not sure yet.

Rubber piece on the upper knee part broke and cannot keep the upper tension on my knee. Bought on may 23rd and needing a new one already.

I really like how it feels like it keeps the knee in pace and tight. It’s solid. Torn both MCLs and meniscus tears. Good for me.
