Electric Indoor Grill Griddle, CUSIMAX Smokeless Grill, Blue

This grill is the best! We have used it about a dozen times and it runs great! It arrived packaged very nicely, undamaged, and with griddle and grill. There is a bit of a learning curve that first time you use it, but nothing to really fret over. We have used the griddle for pancakes, veggies, and steak and shrimp. We have used the grill with beef steaks, pork chops, chicken, and kabobs of all kinds. It heats up good makes the kitchen smell fabulous. It had a little bit of a electrical smell on the first run, but that cleared after that. We are able to just have a nice griller of a night without having to deal with charcoal or gas or any scrambling in and out to check the food. A great buy for a small family. Cooking for more than 4 would be a stretch, but for 1-4 people, it is perfect. Clean up is also very easily done. Would recommend this grill completely

I love this grill! It really is “smokeless” and makes indoor grilling so easy that you can do it year-round. I’ve used it for grilling steaks and burgers (you can easily fit 8 on the 8”x 13” surface). The griddle plate is great for eggs, pancakes and bacon. I’m sure I’ll find lots of other uses for it. The controls are simple to use and grill and griddle both heat up quickly. I am quite happy with my purchase and look forward to grilling in January!

This is a nice table top, indoor smokeless grill, perfect for those without outside space for grilling. I mainly purchased it to make Korean bbq at home. So far, I love it! Is it truly smokeless? Yes, for the most part, but obviously, cooking anything there’s bound to be a little smoke and aroma. I like that there’s temperature setting to control the heat. The parts are easy to clean, and the grill, drip pan, and water pan can all go in the dishwasher. The entire unit is small enough to be stored in the kitchen cabinet.

This smokeless grill looks promising for indoor grill. Very easy to setup and everything comes apart for easy cleaning. Convenient to grill indoors when its raining outside. Only rated 4 stars for now as I havent finished cooking the steaks so Ill see how the food comes out if it tastes the same as grilling outside. So I will updated this review after a few good use. :)

Love this grill! We bought it a couple of weeks ago and have used it almost every evening. We have cooked steaks, burgers, chicken and fish. Everything has turned out great. You get a grilled flavor, without smelling up your house. I do put water in the pan- and have had minimal smoke - if any at all. (My house smoke alarm has not been activated). I highly recommend 😊 Cleaning is not too bad. Grill and griddle can go in dishwasher. There is a metal plate guard that I have washed by hand with a scrub brush- it still looks like new. I just rinse out the water pan after each use.

Updated: I went to the manufacturer's website and seen that there was a warranty, so I reached out to them and they replaced my grill. I'm so appreciative, and I'm changing my rating to reflect the customer service I received. Started out awesome. Bought this grill in January and really loved being able to grill indoors during the winter. Have used it maybe a dozen times and it still looks new but just went to make dinner and now the fan has stopped working. The smoke is no longer being controlled and it has the horrible electricity burning smell. Now I'm half scared to use it. $125.00 in the garbage...very sad.

Grill arrived in a timely fashion and was easy to set up. I used it no more than 3x, however, it no longer powers on. Well it does, if you’re pushing your hand down on the grill sensor so it registers properly. The moment you take your hand off of it, it loses power. Now, clearly different people have different experiences. Some good, some not so good. The real kicker for me is the fact that I reached out to the company regarding this issue and they have yet to respond. My grill was kept in a dry and clean location and was not tampered with my small kids/pets or misused. To see $125+ (I believe I paid more at the time) go down the drain WITH NO COMMUNICATION is disappointing to say the least. Unless that changes, I advise to steer clear of this item. Happy shopping, Amazonians.

Best purchase I’ve made in a while. I have made bacon and eggs, grilled steaks, and burgers. No smoke at all. I love it!
