Works great! This is a terrific product that has made living with a illieal conduit ostomy much better. It provides a gentle barrier and adhesion between the skin and the pouch. I developed issues with pouches holding adhesion for more than a day, resulting in leaks, many at very inconvenient times and places. The product is gentle to the skin and removes very easily using my regular adhesive remover. I've had ZERO leaks and am getting more use from each pouch, which saves time, money and the irritation/anxiety of having to manage the process of changing a pouch and clothes. Highly recommend this if your pouches aren't performing the way they should, or if you've developed a condition where the skin adhesion of the pouch falls short of expectation/experience.
