Great edge guide for DeWalt routers including the compact router plunge base. It's very easy to setup and use and very accurate. The edge guide is a high quality product that is extremely well made with high quality materials. This edge guide should last me for years to come.

I had been looking for a Router Edge Guide with Dust Collection for my Ryobi RE180PL1G plunge router for a long time. It turns out that Ryobi stopped manufacturing Router Edge Guides for their routers. After an evening of consulting with artificial intelligence, we concluded that I should try the DeWalt Router Edge Guide. And I can say that the AI was right! The DeWalt Router Edge Guide fit my router perfectly. I used the internal mounting points for the 8mm steel rods. The only thing that didn't fit was the wing nut fasteners for securing the rods to the router body. The wing nuts that came with the DeWalt Router Edge Guide were slightly larger in diameter than the threads in the router body. But I found some orange ones with the correct thread, which you can see in the photos. Now my router is working at full capacity! I recommend it to Ryobi RE180PL1G owners.
