Comparable in size. I like this better because it take regular batteries (zvibe has an expensive custom battery) and it has vibration levels, including pulse.

Disappointed

The item is defective when I showed it to the speech therapist it does not close with battery and there is a high pitch sound coming from the tool which affect sensory processing by distracting my child. Unfortunately this product cannot be returned so its a complete waste of money. Must not be an original product if this is defective
