Be very careful if you are using this to identify an emotional support dog. You will need to have a letter from a mental health professional issued within the last calendar year. Please be aware that if you are planning to fly with your dog that the dog has to be confirmed in your airline reservation AND more importantly most airlines will CALL the person who issued you the letter to verify that you truly need an emotional support animal. If you are citing a need for an emotional support animal for acquiring housing this then is between you and the landlord.I have the service dog version of this leash and it is very well made and comfortable for me and my dog.

I'm not sure but I would think so. I would hand wash it and just lay it flat to dry.

Greetings, my name is Edward, in reference to your question “How can you prove your dog is a needed ESA Dog (Emotional Service Animal). I have bought the same leash only my leash is “Service Dog DO NOT TOUCH” to get a Proved ESA Dog all that is Needed is a letter from your Doctor stating, why your dog should be a ESA Service animal when you explain every reasons why then all you have to do is ask your Primary Care Provider(Doctor) at that appointment the Doctor will then give you the letter to provide to other agencies so that the ESA Your Service Animal can go into places with you in public. Please be advised that the doctors paperwork must be kept with you so that you may enter any place of Business in your community.
