Poor quality control
The image says it all really - came gouged with a blackened pit. Doesn't look like there is much if any quality control to be honest.

Smaller than expected.
We bought an adjustable one as werent sure what size spanner we needed to undo the bolts for the old tap. Unfortunately even at maximum size this one was a bit too small, so had to go to another shop to buy a bigger one. It may be ok for smaller bolts, but would still be very fiddly to use in tight spaces and due to its square shape its not easy to get a good grip on hexagonal bolts. (Even the bigger one was very awkward to use).
