I have used this groin wrap for a few years now, and it helps a lot! It's not a cure, but it helps alleviate some of the pain.

Have been struggling with a groin injury for many years. When I wear this brace I feel little to no pain! Has allowed me to continue playing competitive soccer. Great product!

This product is pretty good in terms of comfort, stability, support. However - if you have a groin injury you will NOT be able to put this on by yourself unless you are an octopus! Wrapping it around your waist and around your thigh is a challenge at best, but fastening it is a nightmare. There is velcro all over the place and the straps stick to it like a magnet. It is constantly getting attached all over the place. You might end up being more injured after trying to put this on. Maybe if the waist part was a belt and the thigh part was one big velcro strap rather than 2 it would be manageable. Too much velcro!

The Bodyprox Groin Wrap was unusable. When wrapped around the upper thigh, the waist band did not come even close to reaching the waist. Likewise, if starting with the waist wrap, the thigh wrap would not reach the thigh.

Needed this to handle a leg injury. It was perfect. Easy to put on and take off. The Velcro allows for easy fitting. Great support.

This is my first pulled hamstring so it is tough to judge the effectiveness, but based on different compression-responsive conditions and use of various compression devices, I recommend this product and rate it highly. It fits well under my clothing, adjustable compression seems to work well, great velcro (almost too good), it is easy to put on and adjust, it is as comfortable as you can expect from a compression device, and the price is right. It has met all my expectations so far and I am very optimistic it will speed my recovery as well.

Spend the money on a better one. Hard to put on. Both the Velcro on the thigh and the waste is very flat and difficult to grasp. Both waist and hip wrap around to the back. On the leg you have to reach between legs way back to tighten. Poorly designed. Gave it two because cinches waste but no help for hip.

Must for sciatica patients

I want to start off by saying I NEVER leave reviews however this device changed my life. As someone who periodically deals with sciatic (lower back pain that runs down my left leg) this device saved me from 3-4 months worth of pain and grief. Just to give you some context - I pulled my sciatic when I was younger about 15 years ago. It has been something that I’ve dealt with on and off ever since, however anyone with sciatic knows one wrong move, and you can have a flair up that literally will last 3-4 months. Long story short I was squatting and of course had a flair up to the point I couldn’t bend over to put my socks on. I purchased this device on a whim, and I was blown away how quickly I was able correct it. I personally would run it UNDERNEATH my boxers, wear it all day, and even slept with it on. The key is to try and get it as TIGHT as possible. Within 5 days I was able to take it off and be back In the gym. Pretty remarkable considering this has been the fastest turn around I’ve ever had due to this nagging injury that comes and goes. Highly recommend it is a game changer.
