Good preworkout. Its tastes good and not hard to tske down at all. Helps me with energy while working out. It helps me see results faster. One thing i noticed after taking it and woking out for 2 hrs, my metabloism moves because i get really hungry.

This product is really good, I drink it during my training 🏋🏼‍♂️ And I feel good. The flavor is great 👍 love it 😍 really recommend it.

Got in a car accident on Thursday and recieved this Thursday. Got it to help be less sore at the gym... well since I cant go to the gym for a while I figured I'd try this to help with my soreness from my accident. Definitely has helped me not be so sore and allow me to be up and around with less pain. Cant wait to get back in the gym to try it out.

I love that this is caffeine free since I can't have caffeine at all. I feel that this product was a game-changer in helping my muscles recover, and have noticed more muscle definition since using it. I drink it right in the AM as instructed, so it's also a great way to get in an extra 8 ounces of water right away in the morning. The fruit punch flavor tastes great! I'm not that big of a fan of the lime (it's not gross or anything, it's just not as good as the fruit punch). It's a shame that there's red dye in this product, because the taste is great, and I could care less if it turns the water pink instead of just being non-colored. I would give it 5 stars if the there'd be a flavored option without dye.

This is the Best thermo/ BCAA & thermo I've taken. I take this as soon as I wake up for morning cardio, and once after breakfast to get me to lunch. Good energy supply, and great taste!

This product has great flavor and does what it’s supposed to do, the only killer of this brand for me is that they use sucralose, which kills your gut bacteria.. and once those little guys are gone, you can’t get them back. I will say as far as supplements go, I feel good when I take it, but I don’t believe in putting harmful ingredients in products and marketing them as a Fitness Aid when it’s causing more damage in the long run. I most likely won’t be purchasing again

Always been into fitness and looking good but I don’t like the big bulky look and I also don’t like to have protein shakes all the time. So this is a good alternative to help contribute to a more leaner but still toner physique and you don’t need to take much of. The taste is good just like any other fruit punch taste.

As a late 50s something training hard for an endurance climb and a weights competition, a supplement is very necessary. BPI seems to work. I am able to train for longer and recover quicker . While the flavor is described as 'Fruit Punch'... I am not entirely sure which exact fruits made it into this pack! The flavor is quite bitter and to my palette it tastes like almonds.. not a bad thing in my opinion.

Really good for muscle recovery. After working out, the BCAA helps with muscle recovery and I don’t really feel too sore. Biggest disappointment is the seal on the product itself. In the picture, there was a small opening on the seal and you can see the powder along the edge. Most likely due to the glue on the seal starting to breakdown. Not sure how long the product has been on the shelf. Just hope that future products would have a better seal. Hope to see more flavours too!
