Informative and useful
Useful for compiling training sessions, and also for nice surprises, when just flipping cards and doing the thing. QR codes to videos are good, especially when you need more info to see how the exercise should be done.

Good quality product. Will probably but the set. I liked to range of exercises and the general design. Also loved the QR codes, checked and so far they all work. Really helpful addition. Box was damaged which was a little disappointing but not worth sending back for.
