Has anyone used the gel from these capsules to massage onto a scar?

Using Vitamin E gels like this on a lip laceration scar is especially helpful. Also it has worked with minor scars from scratches on arms.

i guess you could. i have used vitamin e on my skin in the past but used a stronger version. can't say that it did any good.

how large are the soft gels?

Probably about 1" long by less than .25" thick. They're pretty big, but still rather easy to swallow.
