I SEVERELY TORE MY ROTATOR CUFF AND BICEP TENDON AWHILE BACK AND THIS PRODUCT HAS HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY IN GETTING MY STRENGTH AND FORM BACK AGAIN. SINCE YOU CAN ADJUST THE TENSION OF YOUR STRING ARM , IT ALLOWS YOU TO START OFF SLOWLY AND GRADUALLY INCREASE THE TENSION AGAIN. I CAN NOW ELEVATE MY ELBOW UP TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE AND COMPLETE MY RELEASE. BEFORE I GO OUT TO ACTUALLY SHOOT,, I DO A FEW SHOTS WITH THIS TO WARM UP MY BOW ARM , STANCE AND STRING ARM AND TO GET THE FEEL OF WHAT A PROPER STANCE FEELS LIKE AGAIN. GREAT TO BE ABLE TO USE IT IN THE HOUSE. IT HAS A NICE NET BAG TO KEEP IT IN WHEN NOT IN USE. GREAT LITTLE PRODUCT.
