Purchased to unblock an awkward angle drain. Did the job. A bit thinner than some others that allows a bit more flexibility. Screwed together ok and kept together when pulling out(twisting clockwise).

They arrived in good time, delivered to wrong place: company were in contact and apologetic and did seek to render it.However, first time I used rods one of the connecting screws snapped of luckily I was able to retrieve rod. Quite flimsy connections.

I wasn’t holding out much hope for these at all mainly due to the cheap price. To cut a long story short, there’s a problem with the sewage drain pipes under the concrete on my driveway. To get the driveway lifted is a lot of expense and having had to give up work, money is in short supply. Every 6ths I have a rolling contract with a drains expert who charges me £110. each time. He couldn’t clear the blockage, water board was called and stated it wasn’t their problem. I bought these rods, within 20mins of delivery everything was running smoothly again. I recommend watching tube videos before undertaking the job yourself. But I’m thrilled I can manage this and wouldn’t hesitate in making sure everything is cleared by myself in future.

These have been a great purchase. Good quality and does the job very well. Would recommend these.
