I believe this product is to aid in converting protein into muscle. I am old, so maybe that won’t happen. However, it does help my body recover after physical activity. For me that is my exercise routine and tennis.

Very useful BCAA blend.
This mixture blends easily into my workout smoothie. It does impart a slight taste but really isn't objectionable and I got used to it pretty quickly. If you use fruit such as berries or mangos, as I do, pretty much not noticeable. This blend is better than the straight leucine as far as any taste as well. Lasts a long time (80 servings), so good value for the money as well. Will continue to purchase this one.

Must be mixed with protein shake or other flavored drink. The taste is bitter mixed with just water.
