When I bought this I wanted it because of the price. But I am glad that I did because it is a nice radio to have around. I used it while I was cleaning my yard. The sound was great and can hear it from a far distance and I used it on my porch sitting and listening to talk radio. I got the red. It’s a pretty color but bright. I don’t mind but keep that in mind if you buy red.

I got this LEOTEC Portable AM/FM Radio for my husband for Christmas and he actually uses it every day — which says a lot! Right out of the box the reception was much better than we expected. We don’t get great signals in our area, but this radio pulls in stations clearly, both AM and FM. The big tuning knob and clear dial make it easy to find stations, even for someone who isn’t tech-savvy. The speaker is bigger than it looks and the sound is clear and loud enough for everyday listening. It’s not a hi-fi system, but for a little radio it does a solid job. The dual power option (batteries or plug-in) is super handy, we keep it plugged in most of the time but can grab it and take it anywhere without fuss. The earphone jack is a nice touch too if you want quieter listening. Overall, this radio does exactly what it’s supose to do.

This radio serves all my needs.In my bedroom it plug in and during a power outage it runs on batteries.there is a choice of AM or FM with a large dial for changing channels.My radio is red and it really cute,not to big or to small.It picks up a lot of stations,even more at night.i think this radio is worth every penny.

This am/fm radio is a nice size for a portable.It requires minimum space, even with antenna fully extended. Powered by AC or 2 D batteries. It also accommodates plug in ear phones. Volume and channel controls are easy to use and the sound is overall clear. I had some trouble with interference when I first turned on the radio. After moving the antenna several times, I was able to successfully bring in my channel. Leotec offered four color choices and I'm happy with the red. Good price for a basic am/fm radio with a retro look.

What a pleasant surprise when I opened the box and lifted out this radio and saw it was exactly as described! I chose the beatiful white one because I wanted to see it in the dark when my electric might go off due to a storm. It did not disappoint me. The station dial is so clear and the volume knob so easy to take hold of. I am a small woman, and my hands lack the strength to fool with tiny, slippery knobs. I inserted two "D" batteries and the sound produced was as loud or soft as I wanted it to be. I can also use the electric cord as an alternative. The sturdy, straight handle that runs the length of the radio is so convenient to grab. I feel prepared now for whatever the weather or other emergency throws at me. A truly great radio. It’s very easy to use with a single button for each function. It sounds fantastic and even makes a decent amount of bass. It can get quite loud without distorting but also sounds good at low volumes. The A/C power supply is built into radio chassis so it uses an old school plug instead of a wall wart which was always the hallmark of a good radio. The display is clear and bright with a white backlight. This is the best budget small portable radio I’ve tried in a long while. This will be my go to travel, beach, and camping radio for sure. I highly recommend this Leotec radio.

We purchased this to provide music in our booth at an Antique Mall. They turn the power off at another point in the store so our radio needed to be one that would power on by itself without us being there every morning. We tried a couple others that would not do this. We were happy to find this one because it stayed on through the power switch. We come in on any given day now and music is playing in our booth nice and clear! Love it! It has a good clear sound and volume for it's size too!

I appreciate the digital tuning feature at this price point. However two issues. And these issues will result in me not using this radio for a longer period of time. Because they're quite annoying. The first is the reception. I have channels bleeding into each other and although the tuner is digital and you have it set precisely on the actual station frequency it is not clear. And this is for local stations and when I say local I mean within 5-20 miles. The second annoying feature about this radio is your inability to customize your station presets. It will simply scan through the entire bandwidth from the low numbered stations all the way up through 107 for FM. And what happens is it doesn't have enough storage space for all of the stations that it may hit. It automatically stops at each station but has a is interpreted as a strong signal and will save it sequentially as it moves through to the higher numbers. You will not get all the stations you might get halfway through the bandwidth and then there's no more memory. You can't start it halfway through or go back and edit them to free up space so you can add more in. So you're constantly having to tune the radio with the large tuning dial. Little feature is nice but the volume output is very low and that's with the volume on my phone at max. I'm using an iPhone 14. The tone is what you would expect from lower end plastic portable radio. Think transistor radios if you're from that generation. Good for mid range (talk radio) but no defined low end and lack of defining treble at the high end when listening to music. Clarity is absent. But, you get what you pay for.

Je l'ai acheté pour mettre à l'écurie, elle est parfaite, pas trop grosse. Le son est très bon et je réussis à avoir tous les postes de radio.
