This is the perfect way to start your day. The mocha shake is the best flavor of all of the Atkin’s shakes. It’s chocolaty with a smooth coffee mix. The texture isn’t chalky or watery and never has lumps. The boost of caffeine is just the right amount to wake you up without feeling jittery. The protein boost helps keep me full in the morning and pairs well with my preferred breakfast options. It also works well for a mid afternoon sweet treat. I started buying these in the multipacks on Amazon because it was much cheaper than buying them at Target or my local grocery store ($7.99 for a single 4/pack in store). It’s my safe food, so I hope they never change the formula.

These shakes are amazing! They are much better testing than the normal protein shakes, not as thick, doesn’t have that chalky protein taste or after taste. Complements nicely with a good breakfast or if you put them in the freezer for about an hour, it’s like chocolate Italian ice!

Tastes good no aftertaste or funky smell not too strong. Fair amount in each. Be careful with cap. SHAKE BEFORE OPENING bc you can’t after you open bc cap doesn’t close after you open them so drink in one sitting. Ingredients good medium thickness ok for size good no problem with stomach or gas etc. pop in fridge much better cold. I use regularly get some vitamins protein and TASTES GREAT if you like mocha and I do. Not some ensure type thing. Tasty treat for my morning

I use this as creamer for my coffee in the morning, as well as on-the-go breakfast or lunch when I don’t have time to eat. The other flavors are as good, but my real favorite is the honey tea version. Bring it back into stock, please!
