Hard, melted mess!!
Was looking forward to the “soft” cake center as in a cookie type bar - this is NOT that. The layers were the wafer type like Twix and the center was hard to chew, not pleasant to eat. The mint taste was good but the whole combo was a tough to chew thing that was off putting. Also, don’t order this in the hot of summer, the chocolate melts off bar into the wrapper that must be scraped out. Very expensive protein bar that I won’t be getting again!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love these bars. They taste great! I’ve tried all the flavors and my top three are mint chocolate chip, chocolate brownie, and apple pie. The reason why I knocked off stars for this review is because they did not come in product packaging. They came in a generic white box. I assumed I was buying the six pack that came in the product box, this gives me a piece of mind knowing that the product comes untouched. The condition in which it arrives leads one to assume that these are single bars not a six pack. Also, the product arrived late.

Product came nicely packaged in bubble wrap. This is important because these are basically crispy chocolate bars and are vulnerable to heat and crushing. Nicely done by a third party vendor and I would recommend.

Not boxed and missing one.
Update: ordered again just to see, no box again and bars were half melted at some point. These came in a bag not a box and there were only 5, not 6. Like they had been returned or something.
