I have been on, what seems, an endless search for a natural pain reliever for my fibromyalgia nerve pain. After two painful years, I have found relief up to 80% at times! That's phenomenal! At 160 lbs, I take 1/2 tsp for sleep and 1/4 tsp for daytime pain, every 5 hours. As a side note for other sufferers, Corydalis is also great for pms and other pains, like back pain. I understand that this plant is from the same family as the poppy, retaining similar effects as a pain reliever without the addiction or drug-induced high. In addition, your body will not grow resistant, which means you will not have to increase the dose over time. For future reference, scientists are also exploring other species within this poppy family. Who knows what else is on the horizon for chronic pain sufferers. And, thanks Bulk, once again, for this amazing savings. PS I put packed scoop in water. Don't stir. Corydalis will form into ball in the water or whatever liquid. Lift ball out with spoon and swallow like a pill, using water.

We actually give this to our dog. We were paying more to get corydalis from our holistic veterinarian and it was in capsules that needed to be crushed. This works just as well to help with his pain and is much more convenient. Bulk Supplements has never let us down with quality and price.

Great source for this supplement! Will order again. For those who haven’t tried corydalis yet, it has a sedating side effect, so take when safe and sound for the evening. It’s a great pain reliever but ya can’t plan on doing anything.

It seems to help with pain but stops working after awhile. I stopped using for a bit to see if it will work again. I take this because I cant have kratom any more. It helps me sleep a little better than Ibuprofen.

Two Major Issues: 1) The product clumps instantly when mixed with water, making it difficult to drink. And 2) The dosing instructions call for “2/5 (two fifths) of a teaspoon, with no measuring spoon included. How in the world do you accurately and easily measure out a dosage in that way? Add a scoop!!!
