Surprisingly Versatile & Delicious!
I first tried this because my favorite pizza place uses it on their veggie pizza, and I was curious to see how it tasted on its own. Turns out, itโs a great plant-based option with a nice texture and flavor! It works really well on pizza, but Iโve also found it makes amazing tacosโjust season it up, and it soaks in the flavors beautifully. The consistency is soft but holds up well in different dishes, and itโs super convenient to have on hand for quick meals. Definitely a solid pantry staple for plant-based cooking!

"Where's the beef?!"
I like using this as much as I do Vege-Burger. I have a hard time telling the difference between this and ground beef or turkey when it's cooked in dishes, even after 12 years of trying Loma Linda canned foods as a non-vegetarian. Great in soups, stews, spaghetti sauce, as patties. I can tell the difference in patties, but who cares? It's still very tasty when seasoned just as I do meat containing recipes, although I don't use added salt any longer, and it's healthier for me to use all the way around. I finally managed to convince two friends my age (silver hairs) to TRY it, just ONCE, and they have both been making special soups they love, one makes taco soup and the other enchilada soup, for the last several years. Pretty funny because the husband and one adult child of one still has no clue that their favorite soup is made with non meat! Many ways to use this product and for me the cost is offset by how much I can do with it in large recipes (stews and sauces).

makes tasty vegeburgers
I have used this burger many times for casseroles, spaghetti sauce, tacos, and vege-burgers. Our family likes it and I was happy to find it on Amazon.

It tastes bad
It is not a burger. Is done kind of meat to make a burger. And the taste is really bad.
