It helps my migraines not be as bad
I get cronic cluster migraines about eveyday and I use the pads at night and of the day or when I'm out I use the roll on. u cant see it or smell it , it provides the coolness i need to take the edge off. i apply it after I shower to relax. I really love this stuff. u can see in the pic I keep 2 close by .

Favorite headache relief.
I used to get this in stores and can only find it on Amazon now. This stuff makes your forehead freeze and within minutes a headache is gone or very little there. Itโs a product I keep multiples of.

It works for a surprisingly long time
This purchase was for my wife. It came earlier than expected. She applied it to her forehead and was surprised that it still felt cool after an hour. We agreed that I should buy more of it.

Pretty great surprisingly
As a frequent migraine sufferer, I am willing to try anything and everything. This does not help the pain what so ever and I knew that before buying. However, this is a very cooling product. The metal roller ball feels amazing and the gel is super cooling also. It only lasts maybe ten minutes which is disappointing. All in all, itโs worth a try.

Useless
I love the BeKool products for my migraines, and thought this might be a good option to take with me for when one hits when I'm not at home. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. First, the tube is TINY. Second, the roller ball in it barely works. Third, there's no cooling relief at all. You can smell the menthol when you try to put it on, but other than that, you have no indication anything has been applied. If you can get anything to come out of the tube with the terrible roller ball, it's a miniscule amount and that spot might kind of almost feel cool for 2-3 seconds, then it's gone. Useless for migraine relief.
