It says 15pcs not even 10pcs maybe itโs just 7pcs and only one seed grow not sure about this seeds I try to purchase this because itโs one of my favorite vegetables,but Iโm so disappointed they just give me 7 seeds

Germination rate!
Of the 15 seeds I was able to germinate only 3 seeds. Weather is favorable here in Florida but just wondering why such a low success rate of germination!
