I'm impressed with this supplement. I notice more anecdotal improvement with this formulation after only a week than I have seen with other brands after much longer. No stomach issues, easy to swallow, and I'm feeling a little more comfortable and a little less weak.

Does not cause stomach issues or constipation like regular iron supplements

This, when taken every other day for me is much more tolerable than the more typical and cheaper forms of iron. It still, um lags my digestive tract but noticeably better. Choose this one as it also boasts Vitamin C, and sometimes combo vitamins, are made in a combo to boost potential effects. It does have a slight weird aftertaste.

It will be a while before I feel the benefits of these, but there is no taste, they are easy to swallow and they are a good value for money. I have no side effects with them and I’ve been taking them for four days. I would have to recommend.

I don’t typically buy my Igennus or PharmEpa products from Amazon, I go direct, but I forgot iron on my last order and needed some in between 2-monthly shipments. (Igennus did send me some anyway). I find this and the other products very gentle on my stomach, they seem to have the best results for me, and I’m overall very happy for the price for the quality compared to other brands.

Few tablet forms are available. I can only tolerate 1/4 of a tab every other day without introducing issues and didn’t want to deal with splitting capsules. Many people report low tolerance for iron, ChatGPT has been a great guide on iron repletion that no traditional provider or functional medicine doctor has been able to figure out. It offered specific guides for adding in copper and folinic acid to deal with onboarding iron after being low for 20 years. Tested for mthfr and because of that or whatever, don’t tolerate methylated b12 well which is very popular currently. ChatGPT guided me to a safe also very low dose, also splitting tabs, non methyl b12 to aid iron repletion. I work in health care and our organization foresees a shortage of primary care physicians. AI will fill this role, and fill it well but you need to be curious and be interactive to get to good answers.

I like this supplement. Will need to see if it makes a difference next time my GO tests my iron levels.
