This Set is exactly what I've been looking for at a price I couldn't refuse. Bought this set for $26 and delivered free the same day I ordered it. As an FYI, I'm a retired Chef with 30+years experience, so I now my kitchen tools.The quality of this set I would put at the beginner/intermediate level an for $26 that's impressive. I've never used a bazooka to make rolls, so that'll be fun. This would make an awesome gift for a sushi lover so they could make their own. I'd definitely buy again if I need another set for a gift or to increase the number of tools in my collection.I'm also really impressed with delivery. I ordered this around 2pm on a Sunday and it was at my door by 9pm!! That's only 7hrs from order to door!!! SMH.It wasn't long ago when that would have been unheard of. Gotta love modern technology... when it works properly of course..🤷‍♂️😂🤣

It has everything you need to make sushi rolls. Space saving box to keep it all in one place. I threw mine in the dishwasher for a fast and easy clean up. Sturdy and really does work like a charm!

I bought the Alas Complete 20-Piece Sushi Making Set to make sushi at home with my stepdaughter, and we had an awesome time! Making sushi turned out to be way harder than we expected (so definitely don't think it’s as easy as it looks online!), but this kit really helped us get started.It came with everything we needed and more — the knife was surprisingly nice quality, and little details like the chopstick holders made it feel more authentic. We ended up using most of the tools, although we didn’t take the time to dive into the eBook, which probably would have made things even easier.Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. It’s a great deal for everything you get, and now that we’ve gotten our first homemade rolls under our belt, I’m excited to try it again. Highly recommend if you want to have some fun and aren't afraid of a little learning curve!

Besides the avocado knife this kit was really great, used it for Valentine’s Day and made some pretty good sushi! Set aside enough ingredients to mess up your first roll but after that it’s a breeze
