What are the dimensions of the wen jt833h's base?

The base is 19 Long by 11 Wide. Inchs

What is the actual height from base to table?

From the base to the table it is 71/8 than ad another 11/8 inch for table thickness

Are the extension arms level with the table? Any issue with longer boards when needing support?

They’re at level or lower/higher than the table. You would want it to be higher as you’re pushing it from the beginning, and want it to be lower as the wood is coming out of it. This is so that you don’t get any “steps” while pushing it through. It has bolts that you can make micro adjustments. But it’s not that accurate. It’s only meant as a support, nothing more. I’ve done 6 feet with no problem.
