would this make a difference if used alone or is it only for cpap users?

After using this strap for about 4 months I can say I see the possibility it could be very helpful without the CPAP device as well as with it.

Sleep Restfully's is actually made by Respironics. That's is why there is such a price difference.

Will the chin strap help grinding of teeth?

I have a mouth guard that I use in conjunction with the strap. I do not believe it would reduce the grinding.

I am a heavy mouth breather and currently use two chin straps together. To keep my mouth closed for my cpap to function. How strong ais this strap?
