Cheap quality
This is one of those items where you buy the one with the lowest price and you get what you pay for. The fabric is very thin. It does fit an adult, but not very well, and it just doesn't look right. There's a reason the photos don't show it on someone's head, because it's flimsy and flat. All that said, I got it for a costume, and it sufficed.
