Never had an issue with someone stealing my ATM or CC information before, but the wife was concerned. So this one credit card size device is the perfect design to electronically protect your information. It feels sturdy like a regular credit card, fits in my wallet and adds peace of mind. Plus I have a couple left over for other members of the family.

I was skeptical but these actually work great. They block they signal all around the card not just whatever side its on. Recently had a card hacked through RFID so I put one in my wallet and did a real world test and my RFID cards could no longer be scanned just standing behind me. These do work and for the price its not worth risking going without a product like this.

La probé y funcionó el bloqueo. Lo extraño es que, momentos después de la prueba, la terminal no pudo leer mi tarjeta ni siquiera tecleando el nip. Al día siguiente fui a mi sucursal bancaria a solucionar el tema pero para mi sorpresa ya funcionaba perfectamente. Así que, probablemente la bloquea por cierto tiempo.

While the technology works, many experts note that RFID skimming is actually quite rare in the real world. Modern cards use encryption that makes it very difficult for a thief to do anything useful with the limited data they might manage to skim.
