Great lock! It's solid and very effective. Installation was easy.fit was good. It looks nice and modern. I got it when the smart lock i had started to glitch. It works great.

Heavy duty and not cheaply made! In all, purchased separate orders totaling 10 handles. All work very well and easy quick install.

I purchased the two door handles and deadbolt set. I gave a three star because I was able to install one set with no problem. But as I was installing the door handles on my side door. One of the screws broke off inside of the handle. I'm very disappointed in this because I really like the set and the upgrade that it gives doors.. Hopefully the company will replace the set. UPDATE: The seller reached out to me after seeing my review. Although I only needed one door handle replaced. She shipped me a whole set (door handle and deadbolt). I'm very pleased with the look the set had given my front and side door. And I'm very pleased with the seller's great customer service. Therefore I've changed my review from a 3 star to 5 stars.

Bought the 1st set. Loved the way it looked right out of the box. Installed everything without a problem until inserting the last screw on the bottom handle. The insert was stripped so the screw never was able to fully tighten and entire bottom handle had movement during function. Went ahead and requested return and replacement. Got the next set and fully installed only to realize at the end that the keys only worked for the deadbolt and not the lower handle unit. Also, if you wiggled the bottom handle rapidly, it would unlock itself from the lock position. What kind of security is that? Lol. If you go to this sellers storefront, they have flashing banners that say "stop Asian hate" and "black lives matter." If you spent the same amount of energy on quality control than you do on political ideology, maybe you wouldn't have so many of the same complaints and so many unhappy customers. Buyer beware! It's a crap shoot whether or not you get a functional product here.

Husband said it was a challenge to install these exterior door knobs. I love them anyways!

Very nice hardware. Seems to be of good quality and are quite easy to install. I am disabled and have recently lost the feeling in my hands. I had a lot of trouble opening round door knobs. These levers are exactly what I needed and the black is very sharp looking. I would definitely recommend .

This deadbolt and lever handle seem sturdy, well made and easy to install. The keys work flawlessly (unlike our old lock that would stick and we had to play with the key). Set is exactly as shown in the pictures and comes with everything you need. Except a screw driver.. which I shouldn’t have to say but I will just incase…… very happy with this purchase and would recommend it. Also, ignore my scratched up door lol
