how hard are these? When I sit, I need something hard to push against my lower vertebra 1 and 2. Been using my fist, but that hurts after a minute

These have a pretty thick cushion and they are angled (wedges). I'm not sure they will give you the pressure you need. These are primarily used to laying on.

They are very light, made of foam and covered with vinyl kind of bulky to pack. They will take up valuable space in luggage.
