I need to drill an 11/16" hole with the center that is 1-3/4" away from a wall. Will this machine be able to do that?

GREAT DRILL BUT MY SON HAS OURS SO I CANT MEASURE BUT I THINK THAT MIGHT BE A SMIGION TOO CLOSE TO GET IN.
