When I feel my immune system dragging, maybe I haven't been exercising, or not eating the healthiest, I feel my immune slipping. It's a wake up call for me. When I feel my body compromised at the slightest, I take 2 with breakfast and 2 for dinner for 3 days and I'm back to normal. If you feel a flare up coming, take this to stop it in its track.
