Is anyone having the issue where the earphones connect to your phone (iPhone 12 in my case) even when I’m the case with the lid closed?

Regarding the earbuds don't turn off when placing them in case, it seems that they are not charged caused this problem. You know, the earbuds will enter into charging mode when putting in the charging case and they should shut down and disconnect automatically. In this situation, please make sure the charging case has enough power and use a terry cloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection. If you have tried the troubleshooting suggested and you are still experiencing the issue, please contact us.
