Q: I need b-12 but seem to get leg swelling whenever I take it. Am I taking the wrong kind?

All I can say is that this is a mega dose of b-12 and very potent. It caused dizziness, migraines, and elevated anxiety with me. I stopped it after 4 days.

Q: Does this boost your immune system?

Not sure about boosting the immunity system but both B12 and Folate are very important for the body. And Jarrow is one of the few companies that make both in these specific forms at a reasonable price.

Q: What is the difference between this jarrow product and the jarrow "sam-e" product called "s-adenosyl-l-methionine (sam-e)"?

I AM NOT A DOCTOR, but my research shows the following. They both introduce sulphur into your body, but they have different chemical pathways and uses. MSM is typically taken for joint health as well as healthy hair, skin and nails. S-ame is also used for those things, but is mainly used for liver disorders. I hope this helps. I would urge you to Google the s-ame for more info, as my research found that s-ame has been tied to Alzheimer’s. Again, I’m not a doctor, please don’t treat this as official medical information.
